Public Safety Email Alerts Offered by Piedmont Fire & Police

In light of recent events in Japan, residents are reminded that Piedmont’s Police and Fire Departments offer an email alert system for public safety announcements.  Residents who register with the City will receive notices regarding public safety situations, planned power outages, and street closures at the same time information is sent to the press.  To begin receiving dispatches, residents may send an email to publicsafetydispatches@ci.piedmont.ca.us.  This program is an initiative of the Piedmont Public Safety Committee.
