Hundreds of Pages of CEQA Documents, Plus Brief Budget Estimate –

Draft documents are posted on the City website in preparation for the City Council hearing on Monday, Dec. 5, when the Council will review and vote thumbs up or thumbs down on the final Blair Park proposal.  

The Final Project Proposal (15MB) for the Moraga Canyon Sports Fields Project as submitted by the Piedmont Recreational Facilities Organization (PRFO), is currently available for public review. The document is 37 pages long and contains both written and graphical representations of the proposed project. Hard copies of the proposal are available in City Hall for inspection.  At the meeting on December 5 the City Council can approve the proposed project as submitted, approve it with modifications, or reject it.

• Addendum for the Final Environmental Impact Report (15MB)
• Findings of Fact and Statement of Overriding Consideration
• Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program
• Draft Conditions of Approval
• Ordinance 701 NS – Site Lease (Including General Construction Provisions)
• Response to Comments Received After Certification of the EIR (7MB)
• Cost Estimate provided by Piedmont Recreational Facilities Organization

Public testimony and comment on this matter are welcomed.
