a. Pursuant to G.C. Sec. 54957.6 the City Council will meet with its designated negotiator, Geoffrey L. Grote, regarding labor negotiations for all units
b. Pursuant to G.C. Sec. 54956.9, discussion regarding pending litigation in the matter of Friends of Moraga Canyon v. City of Piedmont and G.C. Secs. 54956.9(b)(1)(B),54956.9(b)(1)(E), & 54956.8 relating to potential litigation and real property negotiations (Blair Park)
Regular Agenda – 7: 30 p.m.
2. Consideration of the FY 11-12 Mid-Year Financial Report from the Finance Director including:
a. Transfer of $275,682 from the General Fund to the Sewer Fund to repay costs incurred for the Crest Road Emergency Repairs
b. Transfer of $64,567 from the Piedmont Hills Undergrounding Account to the General Fund
c. Transfer of $11,904 from the Central Piedmont Undergrounding Account to the General Fund
3. Consideration of FY 11-12 mid-year budget adjustments including:
a. Appropriation of $26,000 from the Schoolmates Fund
b. Appropriation of $14,000 from the Community Hall Fund
c. De-Appropriation of $50,000 from the Aquatics Fund
d. Transfer of $216,866 from the City’s PERS Medical Account to the Osterweis OPEB Trust Fund
4. Consideration of a two year extension of the existing moratorium on underground utility projects established by Resolution 19-10
5. Consideration of a letter to ABAG and “One Bay Area” concerning the Sustainable Communities Strategy
