Kramer promises to provide swimmers with a dynamic and positive training atmosphere dedicated to developing the whole athlete, regardless of skill level.  The next step is for Kramer and the PST Board to recruit and hire a new assistant coach and update the workout schedules to fit Kramer’s coaching methods.  Kramer  replaces  the former Head Coach, who resigned to form a  swim team at the new Albany High School Aquatics Center.
