NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON INTENT TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF ENERGY CONSERVATION FACILITIES
The Board of Education of the Piedmont Unified School District (“Board”)
shall hold a public hearing to authorize the award of one contract for construction of energy conservation facilities. (“Contracts”) Pursuant to the provisions of California Government Code Section 4217.12 (a), the Board will determine whether it is in the best interests of the Piedmont Unified School District to enter into the Contracts.Date: June 13, 2018
