CIP Review Committee
The CIP Review Committee makes recommendations to the City Council regarding the expenditure of the capital budget (construction, repair, or rehabilitation of city facilities).

Are both buildings earthquake retrofitted?
Probably not, but funding for retrofit should come out of facilities maintenance which is well funded. CIP meant for improvements proposed by staff and the community.
